Return & Cancellation Policy

Any issue resolves in maximum 30 days, 100% Money back by same payment mode in case of failure.

BookMyParts allows product return for upto 24 hours from delivery in all the following cases:

In case package sealed is open for branded product.
Box or product is physically damaged.
Product is used, tempered or modified.
If any committed accessories is missing.
Product is significantly does not match with specified parameters on site. (Example Size, Material as per not specification)

After the initial period though, the following conditions must be satisfied:

Only unused, unaltered, ungreased or unsoiled products will be accepted.
Product must be in its original condition.
Brand packaging should be intact.
Replacement will be possible only if supplier has stock. Otherwise payment will be refunded by same payment mode.

Product returns request needs to be generated either by calling us on our helpline or email at returns@bookmyparts.com. Order Number must be specified in any conversation. Provide us photos/images which can clearly identify problems in case product has been received in damaged, altered or used condition. Our team will confirm return request and will co-ordinate for pick-up. Please ensure that the product should not be applied, used, greased or soiled. All Invoices, Labels and other items supplied with original packaging needs to be returned.

Cancellation Policy

In case the order is cancelled by user after goods have been dispatched, Courier and Duties collected in the process will not be refunded.
